I've been gaining weight for nearly a year, A...
Up almost 15 pounds (don't worry, it's intentional).
After this big muscle growth push, I'm going to start losing fat in 2 weeks.
The plan:
On March 23, I'll drop my calories for 10 weeks.
This will pull 10-12 POUNDS of fat off my body. I'll be ripped. And I don't use that term loosely.
It's going to be awesome to *reveal* all the size I've been building.
How I'll do it:
Less cookies after every meal. Less handfuls of raisins and globs of honey in my oatmeal.
More potatoes. More fruit and veg. Tracking my food daily.
Keeping steps around 8000.
That's it. I thrive on simplicity.
When I have a carrot to chase. I run.
When I have the bit between my teeth. I bite.
Same thing works for the folks we work with, I find.
Going to the gym is a headache. Annoying. A chore.
Until you have a clear plan to follow, and you're making progress.
Eating well is overwhelming, time-consuming, and restrictive.
Until you have a few simple meals you like, and fat is falling off you.
Losing bodyweight, building muscle, and getting in shape is a pain in the ass.
Until you have a clear bodyweight target, accountability, and check-ins.
