Revised Timelines: Extended Service Terms in CSP

Extended Service Terms (ESTs) replace CSP's 90-day grace period. Customers must renew, cancel, or choose month-to-month ESTs with a 3% uplift. EST enforcement starts May 4, 2026, after a delayed February 16 launch.
