I wanted to share our 2026 MSP Predictions which we’ve published recently on our YouTube channel and blog.
This isn’t by any means a “we’ve got all the answers” piece, it’s more a reflection of what we’re seeing across the MSP / Cyber space - where things are shifting, and where I think the real opportunities (and pressures) will be this year.
A few of the themes we’re seeing:
- AI is powering even more attacks
- Microsoft is pushing deeper into the stack
- Security and IT support are merging
- More MSPs are shifting toward hybrid MSP/MSSP models whether they planned to or not
But I’m far more interested in what you’re all seeing, so a couple of questions for you:
- What’s changing for you in 2026?
- What’s getting easier / harder?
- Is there anything you think the wider MSP community is underestimating?
