Dose: 17.5g
Grind: medium/medium-coarse
Water: 250g at 96°C
Bloom: 50g
Second pour at 30s to 150g
Third pour at 1:00 to 200g
Final pour at 1:30: 250g
Target total brew time: ~2:20
