Hey Iza,
You know that feeling when you're at your kitchen table thinking, "If I could just make $10,000 a month, I'd be set"?
Yeah… about that.
Turns out that number might be a little bit off.
Like, $50 million dollars off.
Here's the thing nobody tells you: the gap between $10K/month and $50M/year isn't about working harder.
It's about asking one question over and over again: "What else do they need?"
Most coaches fall in love with their offer instead of their client's actual results. They're trying to sell what they WANT to sell instead of solving the problems their clients are losing sleep over.
Your clients don't want your new idea.
They want their problem gone.
That's the entire game.
This week's episode is a masterclass in what happens when you stop asking "What do I want to sell?" and start asking "What do my people actually need to win?"
Listen now: Episode 308 | Under The Hood Of A $50Million Coaching Business
Here's what we dive into and the frameworks you can steal immediately:
1. First impressions aren't important - they're EVERYTHING
You can deliver incredible results six months later, but if you screw up the first 30 days, that client will never fully trust you. Get them a win - ANY win - as fast as possible. Even a small victory rewires their brain to see you as the person who delivers.
2. You can sell your way out of anything… until you can't
Being so good at sales that it hides the fact that your business is held together with duct tape? Dangerous. The sale is just the starting gun. Delivery is the actual race.
3. Lifetime value is the cheat code to scaling
When your average client is worth six figures over their lifetime, you can spend WAY more to acquire them than competitors. Most people optimize for a $2K sale. Andrew's optimizing for a $100K+ relationship.
4. Stack irrefutable truths to make everything else feel true
Start with statements nobody can argue with: Andy's example was "Leads are to a law firm as gasoline is to a car"...."But if you have lots of leads and you don't have a good sales system, then essentially it's like pouring fuel on the ground instead of putting it in the tank." By the time you're three statements deep, their brain is nodding along. That's framing genius. (Honestly, this framework on the podcast he takes us through blew my mind).
5. The "What's Next?" question is worth millions
Started with SEO. Added PPC. Then websites. Then virtual assistants. Then fractional COOs and CFOs. Then a CRM. Each time asking: "What else do our clients need to win?" That's how you go from $10K/month to $50M/year.
If you've been wondering why your business feels stuck even though you're working your face off…
It might be because you're still trying to sell what YOU want instead of what THEY need.
This episode will help you fix that.
