Hi all, 

So, 2026 is well on the way and this email will give you an update as to what has already gone into production this year and what is planned in the near term. There are 470 tickets released since our last update in December; that's an average of 10-15 tickets per business day. Props to the release and dev team - we never have release issues and are now able to get an astonishing amount into prod every day.  

There is a lot going on at the moment as the market seems to be moving around quite a bit. We are going to continue to not pay much attention to any of this, and focus on getting products shipped and ultimately focusing on reducing the cost and complexity of Cyber Security. We have a massive push to help service providers more as they are the unsung heroes of Cyber Security, so this will continue to be our focus.  

I'll leave you to go through the release tickets export so you can see exactly what went in, but below is a summary of it and what we are working on in the coming weeks and quarter. If you wouldn’t mind perusing my usual “Can you help us” message below before checking out the goodies, that would be amazing
