Our 26, 27 & 28 January auction, will be starting today, Monday 26 January, with the first lot to be offered just after 12pm. Featuring over 450 quality lots across London and the Country, offering a mix of residential, commercial and development opportunities. The full catalogue can be viewed here.
Lot 1 - 150 will be offered from 12pm on Monday 26 January.
Lot 151 - 380 will be offered from 9am on Tuesday 27 January.
Lots 381 onwards will be offered from 10am on Wednesday 28 January.
Registering to bid for day two tomorrowIt is not too late to register to bid for day two of our auction which will be taking place tomorrow, Tuesday 27 January, with the first lot to be offered just after 9am.
If you are intending to bid tomorrow, you need to have registered on our website by 5pm today. This is to give us time to let you know if we need any further details or approve you to bid, which will be confirmed by email.
If you were approved for bidding in any of our previous auctions, this time you simply need to add the lots you are planning on bidding on without waiting for our team to approve. If you need any help please email bidding@savills.com.
Bidding on the dayLots will be offered in order by our auctioneer who will be live streamed. If you’ve registered and been approved for online bidding, you will be able to place bids directly through our website rather than having to log into any third party platforms. Alternatively, if you’re bidding on the telephone one of the team will phone you just before your lot is offered. If you're a successful purchaser, you will need to transfer your deposit and fees within two working days. The team will be in touch to let you know how to do this.
