In times of collective tumult, I find myself drawn to the wisdom of elders — specifically, Indigenous elders. Often, they help us keep grounded and living in a reverential way, even when life seems to have gone off the rails.

There is no elder I’d rather spend time with than Mayan elder Grandmother Flordemayo, who is profound, loving, and wise in her simplicity. 

That’s why I’m excited to invite you to join us for a heart-opening free online event, Saturday, January 10, with Grandmother Flordemayo, founder of The Path and founding member of the International Council of Thirteen Indigenous Grandmothers.
