I just finished writing up my 2025 Year in Review—my 11th one!

The headline is that it seems my business is fully back online and humming along. I set a goal of 50% year-over-year growth from 2024 and I ended up around 70%. A very, very nice surprise. I also took a trip to visit friends in Lille, France, and kept playing pickleball like a maniac.

This year, I wrote quite a bit about my continued shift to a luxury business, including some of my reasoning and some of the tactical changes I've made to facilitate that change.
