What exactly is changing in the Calendesk Terms of Service?

From February 1, 2026, the National e-Invoice System (KSeF) becomes mandatory for businesses in Poland. Accordingly, we have updated our terms to include provisions regarding the issuance of structured invoices.

Main change:

From February 1, 2026, invoices for Business Customers who are entities subject to KSeF will be issued as structured invoices and transmitted to KSeF in accordance with applicable tax laws.
