Discover Your Path: Career and Resource Fair

Fairfax County Neighborhood and Community Services invites you to the Discover Your Path Expo. This free event is perfect for youth and young adults looking for career opportunities, educational resources, and economic mobility pathways, with special activities tailored for ages 14–24.
At the Expo, attendees can:
- Connect with employers and career resources.
- Attend workshops and speaker panels.
- Register for free GED, SAT, ACT, and GMAT prep classes.
- Win door prizes, including a $100 gift card.
Fairfax County's Human Trafficking Training

Join Domestic and Sexual Violence Services during Human Trafficking Awareness Month for an eye-opening training on the impact of exploitation and violence in our communities. In this presentation and multidisciplinary panel, you will learn about the reality of human trafficking in Fairfax County and beyond; connections between human trafficking and other forms of violence; and how you can recognize the signs, support survivors, and refer to local resources. This 90-minute training is free, but registration is required.

ElderLink offers free one-hour consultations with experienced social workers to help caregivers find resources, support, and solutions tailored to their individual needs and goals. County Conversations: Safe Care for Adults with Cognitive Challenges
Did you know Fairfax County’s Adult Day Health Care program provides daytime supervision and professional care for adults ages 18 and older with cognitive or physical challenges? Participants enjoy activities and tasks designed to keep them engaged, while caregivers gain peace of mind knowing their loved ones are in a safe, supportive environment. Daily fees are based on income, and Medicaid waivers are accepted.
