Yesterday, I was fortunate to collaborate again with Heather Cox Richardson on a history talk and draw! I love doing these with her: I always learn something and we more often than not, have some laughs.
On the seventieth anniversary of NORAD’s (North American Defense Comman) tracking of Santa, we take a look at how everyday people transformed the process of educating Americans about Cold War defense systems into holiday magic.
They even have a website for the tracking!
Heather chose this subject because it includes fairy tales, politics and humanity. Perfect for now.
