This morning, extraordinary lawyer Norman Eisen, half of the amazing duo that founded The Contrarian (along with Jennifer Rubin) joined me to discuss his new lawsuit. Brought by a host of talented lawyers, there is finally a challenge to this:
We’ve discussed “standing” to sue in the past—who has the right to bring a legal challenge in court. That was one of the difficult issues in this case. Norm explains how they threaded the needle and what relief they’re asking the court to give. We also chat about democracy and knitting, two subjects that fit together better than you might imagine, at least, sort of.
