Check out this story I came across on Twitter this week:
This guy was talking about how 5 years ago, he was dead broke.
Sharing a two-bedroom apartment. His bike got stolen. Cats fucking up his bathroom.
5 years later he’s renting out $25M mansions to host events and running a business doing multiple millions per year.
Crazy, right?
I can already hear you, “Pat, stop with the $1M bullshit.”
But before you click off this email, let me tell you what I really got from this story:
It's not about the house or the money.
(I don’t care about that sh*t either)
It's about what happens when you put your head down and actually build something.
Build.
Ship.
Repeat.
Build.
Ship.
Repeat.
Do this for years and weird, crazy things start to happen.
You don't need 5 years to see results, either.
Hell, you can change your life in just a few months!!
But the theme is the same:
Crazy things happen when you start to build.
When you stop waiting for the perfect moment.
When you stop consuming and start creating.
When you just ship.
Most people never experience this because they litearlly never start.
They talk about ideas.
Read about business.
Watch from the sidelines.
But they never actually build anything.
And 5 years later, they're in the exact same place.
