£960m raised in 2025 for Savills Auctions

Inviting instructions for our first auctions of 2026

Our last auction of 2025 achieved more than £80m on the fall of the hammer, bringing the total raised over the year to £960m - the highest amount raised in our history and an 18% increase on 2024. The sale featured over 350 residential, residential and mixed-use lots and the full results of the sale can be viewed here.

We are inviting instructions for our first auctions of 2026 which will be taking place on 27 January, 10 February and 24 February, featuring lots across the UK, including a mix of residential, commercial and development opportunities and with over 400 lots already due to be included, it promises to be a busy start to the year.
