I want to give you a sneak peek into one of the most requested parts of the "Lift, Sculpt & Define Your Face Naturally" 5-part series - Session 3, where we work on defining your jawline and tightening your neck.
This is the session where I hear the most "aha moments" from women. Because most people have no idea what's actually creating that double chin effect or why their jawline is softening.
Here's what happens in this session:
We start by talking about something you're probably doing right now - looking down. At your phone, your laptop, your book, whatever you're reading.
I'll ask you to look down for a moment and feel what's happening. Your neck is compressing. Everything is bunching up. That familiar double chin appears even if you don't have one when you're standing straight.
Then I show you something surprising - this isn't just about gravity. It's about your neck muscles getting tense and tight from doing this thousands of times. And eventually, those muscles stay bunched up even when you lift your head.
But here's the good part:
We can release these tight neck muscles and retrain them. And when we do, everything lifts back up.
You'll practice three specific techniques with me:
First, we release all that tension you've been holding in your jaw and neck area. You'll feel it melting away as we work through the massage technique together.
Then we move into the Swan Neck pose - this gently stretches and tones your neck and jawline. You'll feel the lengthening sensation immediately. It's subtle but powerful.
Finally, we work on the Double Chin Lift. This is where you feel those front neck muscles engaging, lifting everything up naturally.
By the end of this session, women tell me their neck feels longer, softer, and their jawline looks more defined.
