Christmas is a hectic time. As moms often do, I stretched myself thin last Christmas. But I had a schedule, and if I stuck to it every task would be complete on time.
One of the most time-consuming traditions I practice every year is baking cookies. I go all out — at least ten different recipes and growing each year, totaling about 750 cookies. Last year, I made all the quicker recipes in late October and early November, storing them in my extra freezer in the garage that had been purchased solely for this reason.
