M-B secures $1.4B EV battery deal with LGES

NFL's Ravens to install 1,000 solar panels at M&T Bank Stadium
The Baltimore Ravens have partnered with Lumina Solar to install a 1,000-panel solar array at M&T Bank Stadium to address sustainability and rising energy costs. The project, set to begin after the current NFL season, will partially offset the stadium's energy consumption. The Ravens previously installed a 1,200-panel array at their training facility.

Calif. water agency to convert food waste to energy
Monterey One Water has launched a co-digestion program to turn food waste into renewable energy, supported by a $4.2 million grant from CalRecycle. The initiative aims to divert up to 51,000 tons of food waste annually from landfills, reducing methane emissions and producing biogas to be converted into electricity and renewable natural gas.

DOE withdraws zero-emissions building definition
The Department of Energy has withdrawn the federal definition of a zero-emissions building, which was used by states and owners as a benchmark for project planning.
