Advance tickets available for EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2026
Advance ticket sales have begun for EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2026, which is scheduled for July 20 to 26 at Wisconsin's Wittman Regional Airport. Attendees can purchase admissions, auto parking, camping and Aviator Club tickets, as well as flights on a B-25 and a Ford Tri-Motor.

Large hangar to be built by FBO at Utah airport
OK3 Air, the exclusive fixed base operator at Utah's Heber Valley Airport, has announced plans to build a 31,500-square-foot hangar by the end of 2025 as part of a broader infrastructure project to meet expected demand. The project also includes a 20,000-square-foot ramp, Federal Aviation Administration-compliant drainage and new aircraft markings.

Aspiring pilot earns scholarship to pursue USCG career
Raymi Sharp, an aviation student at Elizabeth City State University in North Carolina and daughter of a Coast Guard chief warrant officer, is this year's recipient of the Captain Ernest W. Fox Scholarship. Sharp credits both her father's influence and the financial support from the $2,500 scholarship as key factors helping her pursue her dream of becoming a US Coast Guard pilot.

Epic Flight Academy to open campus in Danbury, Conn.
Epic Flight Academy is set to open a new training campus at Danbury Municipal Airport in Connecticut, occupying 2,000 square feet in the Business Aircraft Center. The school is scheduled to begin operations between April and June 2026, initially employing 10 staff members and enrolling 30 students. The academy chose Danbury for its air traffic control capabilities and access to diverse airspace.
