Hey there,
Before I say a word about anything else, I want to say thank you.
Last week, 206 high-performance professionals from our IWAI community took the time to share how they’re using (or trying to use) AI in their professional (and personal) lives.
This week, I’m going to invite you into something we’ve been building behind the scenes to help with that: The AI Executive System™ (AIEX) – our 6-month (founding member cohort) where you’ll design a small digital team of AI assistants and advisors (“AI coworkers”) around your real work and personal life.
These are not human hires - they’re AI agents configured to work with, without, and around you, much like a high-performance human team would support a high-performance executive or professional at the top of their game. The goal is two-fold: (1) multiply your professional value and (2) multiply your quality of life.
Last week, we opened pre-enrollment to those 206 professionals and this week, in just a few days, we’ll open enrollment to just IWAI readers.
Before we talk about what’s inside the program, I think it’s more important to start with the “why it even exists” (today’s email) and then the very real problems our 200+ high-performance professionals told us they were facing (tomorrow’s email).
Then, we’ll show you how we’ll solve it in a way that’s futureproof – designed from the ground up to leverage all the AI model upgrades and new toys that don’t even exist yet.
My goal here is simple:
By the time enrollment opens, I want you to feel like you’re making an informed decision – one where you fairly assess if enrolling in our first cohort is an exceptional fit for your immediate and long-term needs.
That said, let’s get into…
Why I care about this (and why AIEX exists at all)
Over the last 20+ years, I’ve used technology to go from:
- Solo freelancer → multi-seven-figure service business founder
- “Always on” → working far fewer hours than most people expect
- Constant firefighting → having time for my family, my team, and community I care deeply about.
AI has amplified all of that.
Instead of typing proposals, I’ve written a single prompt in Slack that generates a professional proposal in seconds.
And instead of coding for days, in under an hour, I’ve created apps and functions that save me and my team 10-20 hours in a week.
As for the extra time?
