Hi there!

I've got some big news! In case you didn't notice yet, Puzzle Pack #2 is now available! You can get it (and the first one) here: https://cluesbysam.com/s/packs.html
Like the first pack, it contains 50 new puzzles of varying difficulties. This time they are slightly harder, with more evil puzzles, and even the easy ones are slightly harder. (I'm also working on an Easy pack, which will be great for more casual solvers.)

While the first pack is "pay what you want" with a $1.00 minimum (or similar in your local currency), this one is a fixed 5.00€ (with currency conversion available). That seemed like an average, fair price people were ready to pay for a pack of 50 puzzles. I hope you find the price fair as well!

If you already bought the pack, thank you so much! Each contribution is very much appreciated, as it helps me use more of my working time on the game. With the support I'm receiving through these packs, I'll be able to keep improving these daily puzzles, and also work on some upcoming features, like a "profile page" where you'll be able to see a history of your daily results and how they compare to others. I'm very excited for all the cool things we'll be having next year thanks to your support!

Speaking of daily results, here's last weeks results (and links to the puzzles). But this time I did some additional filtering to the data. Let me share what I did and why: There was a good question on Reddit about solve times. How come some people are so fast? Some of the times did indeed seem awfully fast. So I spent some time going through the fastest solvers to see if I could spot anything weird. And I did discover some clearly unreliable results, like someone completing the Sunday puzzle in 11 seconds with no mistakes. Even less than 4 minutes seems unbelievable, but where should we draw the line? (Please let me know if you actually did solve Sunday's puzzle in less than 3 minutes, I'd love to know!)

So for this data set, I've removed results that seem unrealistic based on some heuristic rules. For example, if you completed the Sunday puzzle in less than 1 minute, and it was your first time playing the game, you're out. I also left out results with a significant number of hints and errors. I will keep working on these, so the numbers might keep changing from week to week, but hopefully we'll get to some reasonable numbers eventually!

So here we have the top 1% / 10% / 50% solve times, % of completions without making any mistakes, and % of completions without using any hints.

Mon 2025-12-01 (Easy): 1m 45s / 2m 37s / 4m 40s / 37% / 83%
Tue 2025-12-02 (Medium): 2m 9s / 3m 22s / 6m 14s / 35% / 70%
Wed 2025-12-03 (Tricky): 2m 16s / 3m 37s / 6m 48s / 40% / 70%
Thu 2025-12-04 (Tricky): 2m 51s / 4m 27s / 8m 9s / 28% / 65%
Fri 2025-12-05 (Hard): 2m 46s / 4m 19s / 7m 52s / 41% / 72%
Sat 2025-12-06 (Hard): 3m 16s / 5m 10s / 9m 38s / 29% / 66%
Sun 2025-12-07 (Hard): 4m 27s / 7m 46s / 14m 6s / 10% / 44%

Seems like Thursday was harder than intended. Otherwise, looking pretty smooth! As a side note, today's top 1% solve time so far is 2m 2s. Will it be an overall harder week than last week? We'll see!

Here's also some extra challenges for you. If you're longing for, you know where to get them!
