Each year, 3DEXPERIENCE World evolves with new programs based on attendee feedback. In 2026, new sessions and events will offer opportunities to learn and network with like-minded peers in design, engineering, and manufacturing.
New Additions for 2026: *NEW* Career Day - Monday, February 2 This is a full-day program dedicated to career development and professional skills. Over 90 of these sessions will be offered, including topics, such as career management, leadership, communication, manufacturing fundamentals, and recruiting strategies. It is designed for early-career professionals and anyone looking to expand their skill set.
*NEW* AAKRUTI Innovation Competition – Wednesday, February 4 For the first time, the AAKRUTI Innovation Competition is part of the main event. Student teams from around the world use SOLIDWORKS to tackle real engineering challenges. On Wednesday, ten finalist teams will present their concepts on stage. These students will offer insight into how emerging talent approaches product development and problem-solving using the latest tools and workflows.
Expanded First Timers Program – Sunday, February 1 To help new attendees navigate the event, we’re hosting a pre-conference session in the HIVE. Joe Lance will share valuable insights and offer guidance on planning your week. After his presentation, there will be an opportunity to meet with ambassadors and other first-time attendees. We aim to provide new attendees with early touchpoints that will enhance their overall experience and productivity throughout the week.
Expanded Women in Tech Programming - Tuesday, February 3 Women in Tech Day will feature a full lineup created with input from women across design, engineering, and manufacturing. The day will kick off with a networking breakfast, followed by the Dames of Design User Group. A panel, hosted by Barb Schmitz, will be followed by a roundtable discussion on ways to support girls in their pursuit of STEM fields.
Why Teams Attend Together Teams who attend together often return with stronger alignment and a wider range of insights. By dividing sessions across tracks, teams gain broader coverage of design, simulation, manufacturing, data management, and strategy. These shared takeaways make it easier to update workflows and evaluate new tools once you return to work.
