Hi Izabela,
Today is Thanksgiving in the United States, and I want to thank you.
Thank you for every vegetable you chop, every seed you plant, and every conscious choice you make. Thank you for stepping outside the status quo and being part of the solution.
Thank you for your partnership in some of the most vital work of our times.
This is my first Thanksgiving without my dad, John Robbins. His passing in June has brought grief, yes. And also a profound sense of gratitude for all that we shared.
When someone we love is no longer here, we remember not to take life for granted. The people around us, the food on our table, the chance to make a difference… it can all become more precious.
Awareness of mortality has a way of deepening gratitude. And gratitude, it turns out, is one of the most powerful health practices we have.
Research shows that expressing thanks has measurable benefits. Not just for mood, but for hormone balance, nervous system function, digestion, and even immune health. In a way, gratitude might be the healthiest part of Thanksgiving.
Thank you for being here. Thank you for caring. And thank you for choosing health, compassion, and hope.
Not just today, but every day.
With gratitude, and with love,
Ocean Robbins

P.S. However you're spending today, whether surrounded by loved ones or finding quiet on your own, I hope you feel the gift of being alive and the power of gratitude to transform your health and your world.
