Dear Iza,
I'm writing this from my
balcony, espresso in hand, feeling ridiculously grateful for the simplest
things.
This morning I met up with a girlfriend and we went for
a walk along the beach. After a whole week of rain, the sun finally decided
to show up… and honestly, it felt like a reset button for my nervous
system.

You know that feeling?
When the skies clear, the
air smells different, and suddenly you can breathe a little
deeper…
It's like your whole body remembers,
“Oh right. This is what possibility feels like.”
And it got me thinking about how fast this year has flown by.
I swear I was decorating a Christmas tree five minutes ago…
and here we are again.
Have you put yours up yet?
Every year around this time, there's a mix of excitement and pressure. Excitement for what's coming next… Pressure to “fix
everything” or “hit all the goals” before the year wraps
up.
But here's what I want to remind you of today:
You don't need to force anything in this final stretch. You just need to guide your mind back into alignment.
Because your thoughts really do create your reality - and when your
subconscious is tuned to scarcity, stress, and “not
enough”… it doesn't matter how hard you push.
That's why we created something simple to help you finish this year
strong (and start the next one even stronger).
It's a downloadable PDF with
100 Success & Abundance Power Affirmations - and it's completely
free.
Here's how to use it:
-
Pick one affirmation each
day.
-
Say it out loud as many times as you
can - in the shower, in the car, while you're making dinner…
wherever.
-
Let repetition do the heavy
lifting.
Because when you repeat a new thought often enough, your
subconscious starts to accept it as truth… and your decisions,
habits, and results begin to shift right along with it.
So go grab your free gift and start choosing your new story for
the rest of this year.
Enjoy, Nat ~ Mind Movies
P.S. One of the reasons affirmations work so well is
that your brain responds to vivid thought the same way it responds to real
experience. Dr. Joe Dispenza explains this beautifully - when you tell your
brain “I am abundant,” it begins firing new neurological
patterns that move you out of scarcity and into possibility. That's how you
prime yourself to create a new reality.
