Carlos Pola and his family have cultivated coffee for over a century, and we’ve proudly held a direct trade relationship since 2014. Built on shared values, our partnership reflects Carlos’s commitment to transparency, traceability, and a passion for experimentation. 

 

Bamburales, meaning “from where the bamboo lies,” is grown by Carlos beside a bamboo grove that has nurtured many celebrated lots at Origin, including Aki and Guineyal. 

 

Capturing the essence of our partnership, Bamburales is crafted using a 120-hour anoxic natural fermentation, revealing juicy, fruit-forward notes and a vibrant, layered complexity.
