"Five minutes each week that might change your life."
I was born in 1984. A few important things have happened since then:
1. That whole “internet” thing.
2. Smartphones got popular.
3. Social media took over.
4. AI covered the planet.
With the internet, smartphones, or social media, the more you used it, the more you felt like you were better off going outside and touching grass. In the case of smartphones and social media, sometimes we openly wonder if we were better off without them.
But AI is different. The more I use it, the more I think to myself, “I should be finding more ways to use this.” And that is something I’ve never experienced in my life.
But here’s the crazy thing: there’s still a massive optimism gap in AI.
The public is freaked out by it. Only 23% of US adults say AI will have a positive impact on how people do their jobs over the next 20 years.
And that gap should excite you—because that’s where life-changing opportunities are found. If everyone else underestimates the value of something, it becomes that much more valuable if you really commit to it.
Every revolution rewards the people who lean in while everyone else hesitates. AI happens to move ten times faster.
Which means a year of hesitation today costs you a decade tomorrow.
See you Monday,
Mark
P.S. Let's save you the decade and get into how AI can propel your personal growth, right now. After getting really nerdy about AI this year and learning how it can be used for personal growth more effectively, I got damn good at writing AI prompts that really deliver. There’s seven in particular that might just change your life, and I’ve pulled them together into one short ebook for you. Copy-paste them into your LLM of choice and watch the magic happen. Download your seven prompts for free in one click here.
