The new priorities -- applied AI, biomanufacturing, contested logistics technologies, quantum and information dominance, directed energy, and hypersonics -- are expected to deliver the most significant impact and the fastest results for warfighters.

Electric Boat receives $2.28B Columbia sub contract change
General Dynamics Electric Boat has secured a $2.28 billion contract modification from the US Navy enabling materials procurement for Columbia-class submarine hulls. The Columbia-class submarines will succeed the aging Ohio-class fleet.

Emirates has placed a $38 billion order with Boeing for 65 777X jets, matching Qatar Airways' May order and marking Boeing's highest-value booking of 2025. The 777X, with improved fuel efficiency and a spacious cabin, is expected to debut in 2027. Emirates' total commitment to the 777X now stands at 270 aircraft, valued at $146 billion.
