A federal judge in Rhode Island has ordered the Trump administration to deliver this month's SNAP payments in full to states by tomorrow.

U.S. District Judge John McConnell said the administration "did nothing to ensure" that SNAP benefits would be delivered this week, following his previous ruling that it had to distribute benefits as soon as possible.
