Dear Customer, 

In accordance with the Zscaler Service Continuity Policy and as previously announced via email notification and Trust on September 18, 2025, we would like to remind you of the upcoming DC expansion at the location listed below. This would be effective anytime on or after November 18, 2025.

Please update your firewall policy rules and any upstream access lists to allow the new IP address ranges to avoid any service disruption.

We recommend that you add the IP address  ranges listed in the “Zscaler Aggregate IP Address Ranges’’ section of the CENR page to your access lists, firewalls, and application allowlists to avoid service disruption. The IPs from these ranges can be put in use by Zscaler for Web and Internet Application communication and dynamic service resolution.
