Zscaler has detected an issue with its private.zscaler.com Cloud in US Region. Some customers in US1,US3, US4 may witness below impact during this maintenance window:

• Diagnostics dashboard may display incomplete data temporarily.
• If alerts are configured for these components, false events may be triggered.
• Nanolog enabled customers may see timeouts on the dashboards.

Important Note:This maintenance will not impact live traffic. ZCC enrollment and ZPA logins will remain unaffected, and all services will continue to operate normally
