Dear Klop,
As you will know from our previous emails, since the end of June, Solus Power have been officially under contract with the UK Ministry of Defence. Our last funding round was filled in a very short timeframe.
We are therefore releasing further shares as equity allowing investors, old and new, to join us in our exciting partnership with the MOD.
WHY INVEST NOW
THE PROBLEM
Modern defence and emergency teams rely on power-hungry systems — drones, sensors, comms, medical units — but still use diesel generators. Diesel is noisy, heavy, and vulnerable: 3,000 U.S. casualties (2003–07) from fuel convoys, and $10.3B spent on fuel in 2022.The world needs modular, silent, and resilient energy — anywhere, anytime.
THE KRATOS SOLUTION
Kratos is a rugged, portable, stackable battery — the “Jerry Can of Electricity.”
It powers:
Supported by the Royal Navy, DSTL, DASA, and DSE. It’s scalable from a single soldier mission to a field HQ, enabling total off-grid energy independence.
PROVEN PROGRESS

As always, thank you for your continued trust and support.
Warm regards,
