The nominees for the J Awards are in 

Its Ausmusic month, and that means we’re kicking things off with the J Award nominees!

For 20 years, we’ve been celebrating the best home-grown artists and bands who have shaped the sound of each year. From the biggest albums to the most exciting emerging acts, we’re shouting out 26 unreal artists for their contribution to Australian music across five categories:

• triple j Australian Album of the Year
• Double J Australian Album of the Year
• Unearthed Artist of the Year
• triple j and rage Australian Music Video of the Year
• Australian Live Act of the Year
