I got a lot of questions about it...  
  
So, I just want to clear things up here for you: 
  
  
A few years ago, Jaye was carrying around 40 pounds of extra body fat.  
  
Working late. Not happy with her body.  
  
She tried diets and paid for workout apps. But it never really seemed to do much visually.  
  
Until she got coaching.  
  
The impact was huge. A plan she could stick to in the gym. Properly pushing workouts.
