Nothing compares to last weekend…. Thousands of guitar players, all connected by six strings and one heartbeat… a world record, sure, but what I’ll remember most is that feeling.
The sound of people remembering why they picked up a guitar in the first place.
We even had this impromptu conga line of guitarists jamming together on Sunday after the event. 3 days straight of riffs, laughter, and connection - the kind of thing that makes time disappear...
But by Monday I was already on a plane! Emergency studio session, then a music video shoot, and now I’m back on the road playing shows across Canada…
They went a little overboard on the smoke machine… I swear it’s not the devil’s lettuce haha
Life’s been beautiful and chaotic all at once.
But the truth of the matter is - it wasn’t always like this for me.
For years, I struggled.
I fought my way through frustration, confusion, and that lonely feeling of wondering if I’d ever really "get it."
Until one day it finally clicked, and everything opened up.
