Hi adam,

I remember one of the first times I helped a team move their course online.

They had great content, slides, notes, even videos ready to go. But as soon as we started building, the cracks appeared.

“Wait, where are the learning outcomes?”
“Do we have consistent formatting for all the lessons?”
“Who’s checking accessibility and image licensing?”

Hours turned into days trying to fix things that could’ve been avoided with just a bit of prep work.

And that’s when it hit me - the most successful courses aren’t just built, they’re prepared.

Over the years, I’ve seen this pattern repeat again and again, which is why I put together a free 14-page guide called “Hidden Prep Work No One Tells You About – Until It’s Too Late.”

It walks you through the behind-the-scenes steps that make course creation smoother, faster, and way less stressful, whether you’re working in Moodle, Canvas, or any other platform.

Are your courses ready for 2026?

Secondly, I know it is getting to the part of the year where you may be wondering if you are going to have all your learning resources and assessments online and ready to go in Moodle or Canvas. This has been a specialty of ours to jump in and give you a hand to make sure you are ready to deliver all your courses on time and ready for students for the start of 2026.

As it is a stressful time of year with so many staff away for extended breaks, we stay back over the break and get everything ready and completed to save you the worry, stress and uncertainty that often happens at this time of the year.

We love the pressure and the process of jumping in and helping get everything ready in a professional, timely and cost effective manner and if this is you, and you need help to make the deadlines, please feel free to email chris@ricoshae.com.au and we will be more than happy to sit down and see where we can help complete the unit builds and make sure you are ready for 2026.

Hope you have a great weekend and I look forward to discussing your projects.

Thanks,

Chris
