Happy Friday!
Fall flavors are taking over my kitchen. I can't get enough of these apple and brie bites, apple butter breakfast bars and apple cider-glazed chicken.
This week I obviously had an apple thing going on, but maybe next week I'll get into my usual butternut squash addiction.
Crisp-skinned salmon is the star protein here and simmers alongside the beans in the sauce, which is balanced, rich and tasty with anchovies and miso.
