I was talking to a guy in the 4x4 Bootcamp the other day.
And he shared this message that I think everyone needs to hear:
"I've got a million SaaS ideas... But like most people, it's actually just pulling the trigger, deciding on something, building it and shipping it."
Man, I've been there.
I spent YEARS with apple notes full of ideas.
Each one documented with potential features, target audiences, etc.
But you know how many I actually built?
Zero.
Because I was stuck in the perfectionist loop.
"Which idea is the best one?"
"What if I pick the wrong one?"
"Let me just research a little more first..."
Here's the brutal truth: everyone has ideas.
But less than 1% of people actually pull the trigger and ship something.
I finally broke out of that loop when I just picked one idea – Starter Story – and forced myself to ship it.
Was it the "perfect" idea?
Nope.
But it was LIVE.
And that changed everything.
You learn more in one week with a live product than you do in one year of planning.
Some ideas take off. Some don't.
But you'll never know until you ship it.
