Tesla is under investigation as vehicles with full self-driving were reportedly running red lights and driving the wrong way down lanes of opposing traffic. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration opened the investigation in October, and an estimated 2.8 million Tesla vehicles are under scrutiny.
