The PTA will hold meetings this year on the second Thursday of the month. These meetings are open to everyone and will always include Spanish interpretation. The October meeting will take place on Thursday, October 9 at 7PM on Zoom. [Add this event to your Google calendar] Zoom link will be sent a few hours prior to the meeting.

Our new librarian, Mr. Fernandez-Pons, is looking for parent volunteers to help in the library this year. Volunteers might assist students in finding books, help during library class visits, support special events, or lend a hand with creative displays and projects. Whether you can give an hour once in a while or a regular time each week, your time and talents make a difference.

All family members wishing to volunteer at SHES this year must register through FCPS. The process is very straightforward, and includes watching a short video (make sure to hit OK after you watch the video!) To find out more and register here:
