Bailey's ES News - October 3, 2025

Dear Bailey’s Families,

Happy fall! We are finally enjoying some cooler mornings, and our Tigers are settling nicely into the school year.

We want to share an important update: the Global Community Festival originally planned for Saturday, October 4 has been postponed. Please stay tuned—we will announce the new date soon.

Please also note that there is no school on Monday, October 13 in observance of Indigenous Peoples’ Day. While students are home, our staff will be engaged in important professional learning to continue strengthening instruction and support for all students.

Looking ahead, our next 3-hour early release is Wednesday, October 15. Thank you to all of our families who have already confirmed dismissal plans for early release Wednesdays this year. Your partnership helps us ensure that all students are safe and cared for.

We hope you enjoy the long weekend, and we look forward to welcoming our Tigers back to school next week!

Warmly,

Satonya Dews, Principal

Tracey Brown Rice, Assistant Principal

Keith Downing, Assistant Principal

Christie Fuller, Assistant Principal
