Hulu has the creepy new film The Man in My Basement, in which Corey Hawkins plays a man who is trying to hang on to his family's Sag Harbor house when a mysterious man played by Willem Dafoe shows up and asks to pay a lot of money to live in his basement for a while. (It is not a finished basement. It is just ... a basement.) Based on a novel by Walter Mosley, it's nice and unsettling if you like that kind of thing, and watching these two actors work together is a pleasure.
