Spoilers ahead for “At Last,” the series finale of The Summer I Turned Pretty.
Well, The Summer I Turned Pretty ended the way most of us expected: Belly Conklin (Lola Tung) chose to be with Conrad Fisher (Christopher Briney), her childhood crush and the older brother of her ex-fiancé, Jeremiah (Gavin Casalegno). And while there remains a strong contingent of Jeremiah defenders out there, including on this site, the general consensus is that this was the right choice for Belly, at least between the two main choices. I’m in that camp myself.
