Fines Start Tomorrow for Seven School Zone Cameras

• Speed cameras will go live tomorrow, Sept. 17, in seven additional school zones.
• The goal of the Speed Camera Program is to change the behavior of drivers and make our roads safer.
• Violators will be fined up to $100.

Academic Scholarships Awarded to Local Affordable Housing Residents

Our Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing Authority awarded $5,000 scholarships to 10 local students who are affordable housing residents. The academic scholarships will be applied to their education and training.
