Andorra National Day

On behalf of the United States of America, I congratulate the people of Andorra as they celebrate their patron saint, Our Lady of Meritxell.

This year we commemorate the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the United States and the Principality of Andorra. The United States values our strong relationship, and we applaud Andorra’s continuing collaboration with U.S. technology companies, which will help fortify Andorran critical security systems and digital infrastructure. We look forward to working together further to advance our shared interests and address mutual challenges.

As the people of Andorra celebrate this important day, the United States reaffirms its enduring friendship with the Principality and conveys our best wishes to its citizens.
