EDITOR'S NOTE

I am one of those people who’s been itching for fall since July (I know, a little ridiculous). And while my fiancé has a rule that we can’t start burning fall candles until the start of football season, I do everything I can to cozy-ify my space in the meantime. My latest obsession: This herringbone blanket from ChappyWrap. The midi size means I can comfortably bundle up while sitting at my desk, while its herringbone print looks great draped across my couch. Not to mention, it’s pill-resistant, machine-washable, and monogrammable, too.

We’re well into Nordstrom’s Summer Sale, so our team has been constantly checking for any new additions that you should know about. While one editor has been taking stock of elevated basics (tops, denim, heels for events), another thinks that this is the best time to stock up on pajamas and underwear. There’s lots of Natori on sale right now — including this T-shirt bra, a wireless option, and the one that Skimm’rs are buying in every color.

Three Totally Random Things

Here are three random products we’re loving this week:

J.Crew Étienne Cropped Button-Up Shirt

Corkcicle Leakproof Cruiser

This isn’t a pain in the a** to lug around like that other brand.

Colorescience Total Lash Serum Mascara

It’s a lash serum and mascara in one. Plus, the brown shade is easy to wear on no-makeup days.

Strong Feelings

Certain shopping topics can really polarize the masses (raise your hand if you've ever been in a heated discussion about clogs). The latest debate in our Skimm Shopping group chat: Can the cow print trend last? We’re breaking down two office-friendly options that don’t give Nashville bachelorette energy (no disrespect):
