Yesterday, I got about 80 percent of the way done building the new site for The Machine Method. I really love it. This vision that’s been living in my mind is finally coming together. The New Website Is Almost FinishedThis feels much more aligned with the bigger picture than before. I had a simple splash page up on Agency Clarity, but in my heart, I didn’t even want people to go there. There was no way for anyone to truly understand what I was teaching or what the value of the program was. Now, everything is unified. You can see the new homepage at www.themachinemethod.co. You’ll notice a few sections still have stock images and placeholder content. I didn’t finish everything yesterday, but by the end of today, it will be complete. After I finished the homepage, I will build out the sales pages for The Launchpad and for Sales Training on the new site. Giving Away A Free CourseHere’s my plan. Usually, I sell Launchpad memberships through my Substack, which is what you’re reading now. But the marketer in me always knew that wasn’t the best setup. I kept putting off building automations and writing sales letters because I didn’t have a proper brand where people could go to learn more. Now they do. I’m going to bring people into the marketing flow by giving away a free course. Once someone signs up, I’ll run all the email automations inside Circle. This is ideal because everything lives in one place. For example, Copyblogger has the site built on WordPress, the membership on Circle, and email marketing through Kit. With The Machine Method, everything is built directly inside Circle. What’s even cooler is that when someone signs up for the free course, they’re already inside the community. They just don’t have access to the spaces with the paid content. So they can see everything they don’t have access to. I’ve never done it like this before, but I think it will be a great way to promote The Launchpad and The Sales Training products. The freemium model. We’ll see. Keeping Myself In Check, Because The Main Thing Is Still The Main ThingI’m really excited about all of this, as I’m sure you can tell. I wish I had more time and mental space to focus on it full time, but I have to remind myself that my main priority is still serving my customers at Quantum Leads. That’s my bread and butter. Sometimes I feel like I’m doing a disservice to my members by putting my own agency first. But then I remember I’d be doing them a bigger disservice if I didn’t. The Machine Method is built on the principle that your agency is the most important part, because it generates the cash that makes everything else possible. So I need to be practicing what I preach so that my students take me seriously. The platform is really coming together. I’m adding value to the community every single day. Yesterday on the coaching call, a few of us shared wins.
Everyone is using the framework and making money.
