A Message from the Principal

Dear Belle View Families,

It is hard to believe that we are officially only one month away from the first day of school! Belle View has been hosting Extended School Year for many of our neighboring schools and our custodians have been working hard to get the building ready for the 2025-2026 school year.

I want to share a few dates to add to your calendars. On Tuesday, August 12, we will be hosting our "Popsicles on the Playground" event. Students and families can come meet our staff, learn more about our PTA, and connect with friends.

Students and families in grades K-2 can join us from 3-4pm and grades 3-6 can join us from 4-5pm.

Also, that same week, is our Open House. Please join us from 4-5pm on Thursday, August 14th. Families will receive calls/communication from classroom teachers prior to the event.

We look forward to students checking out their classroom, meeting their teachers, dropping off school supplies, and getting familiar with our school.

The first day of school is Monday, August 18th. We begin welcoming students at 8:50 each morning, with start bell ringing at 9:10 each day.

Please check out our website, Belle View Elementary for school supply lists, upcoming events, and all things FCPS!

See you around the View.,

 Principal Pluntke
