Hey Adam,
I’ve always loved cooking and being in the kitchen. It’s no surprise I became a dietitian.
Growing up, my mom cooked every day. Dinnertime was our family’s anchor—warm food, familiar flavors, and time to connect.
But my brother? Not a fan of cooking.
He can manage a few basics—pasta, stir-fry, a sandwich—but he doesn’t enjoy the process. Once, he tried chopping a watermelon and created such a huge puddle we needed a mop.
