That sounds refreshing, Alex! One of my favorite routines is a cardio kickboxing workout. It’s high energy and always an excellent calorie burner.
A fitness tip I can share: always stretch before and after your workouts. It helps prevent injuries and aids recovery, particularly when aiming for intensity.
