Hello Emily and all,
That sounds exciting, Emily! One of my preferred workouts is mountain biking on weekends. It’s thrilling and keeps me active.
A fitness tip from me: always make sure to stretch before and after your workouts. It helps prevent injuries and keeps the muscles flexible.
Stay active!
Best,
Jack
